DeMilo's passion for dance began in high school where she trained in jazz and ballet. Later, with hard work and training, DeMilo was awarded many scholarships from Isaacs & McCaleb (now known as San Diego Dance Theater), La Festival of Dance Arts and the world renowned Alvin Ailey. She has performed at various industrial events in Palm Springs, Los Angeles and Las Vegas and is a former NFL performer. DeMilo has been featured on The Learning Channel's "A Slice of Life" and has appeared on the cover of ACE Fitness magazine.

DeMilo not only has experience in dance, but she also has extensive experience in management. Her passion for dance and team building led her to the sports entertainment field where she managed and choreographed for two professional sports dance teams.

In 2000, she founded FusionForce Dance Company. Through excellent networking and excellent people skills she was able to produce over 200 events throughout Southern California for the San Diego based company.
